The Himalayan Monks are a group of religious men who live in the Himalayas. They are located on Cryptids Island.

Role in Cryptids Island
When you go looking in the Himalayas for proof of the Yeti's existence, the monks have a Yeti Scalp but refuse to give it to you. The one guarding the scalp does, however, give you a lantern which you will later need to find the Jersey Devil.
