As the manager of the Twin Palms Mall, Maynard will give you eventually give you the job of Night Watchman and will instruct you on how to be one. When you destroy the training robot thief with your Segway, she'll give you the Security Guard Badge and she gives you the job. She'll say that she will clean up the robot parts and leave.
